Whitney grew up in the state of Montana where she spent her time involved in community theatre and figure skating. If she wasn’t on stage she was on the ice. Through her love of performing Whitney began auditioning for professional productions as well as film and television after moving to Southern California her senior year of high school. It wasn’t long after her first short film that Whitney realized her passion for on screen acting.
Whitney moved to Germany in 2007 with her husband Max and studied at the Stage School Hamburg for a year while working towards her German Figure Skating Certification. In 2010 Whitney and Max moved back to the states, this time the Chicago area with their son. Max and Whitney then had another boy in 2012!
Whitney continued to work towards her goals of acting but found another passion for Cosplay in her adventures. Although she had created her own costumes before, the world of Cosplay presented even more challenges for perfection in craftsmanship and character portrayal. Her love of a constant challenge made Cosplay a perfect hobby to fill in for those times when Whitney wasn’t booking a gig or shooting a film.
In 2014 Whitney received her MA in Theatre from Regent University. Currently Whitney is looking for more film and acting projects she can be passionate about as well as continuing her Cosplay passion. If you have a project you would like Whitney’s involvement in please contact us!
